With the goal of attracting more customers through transparency, honesty and ease, Keller Mortgage, a product of Keller Williams, came to The Graphic Standard to reimagine the Keller Mortgage website and mortgage application flow.

My role
Shaped design language system for the site and application flow in collaboration with Shane Bzdok, designed UI for site and application flow, managed UX and creation of application flow permutations in collaboration with client’s product manager.
The Project
Working collaboratively with the TGS team and the Keller Mortgage product managers, we conducted stakeholder interviews to understand what truly makes Keller Mortgage unique. From there, we created a content strategy for the site that showcased the Keller Mortgage team’s commitment to customer savings, personalized service and innovative tools for getting their customers the best mortgage possible.
In concert with the website redesign, we developed a detailed application flow for applying for a mortgage quickly and easily. Knowing that the mortgage process tends to be convoluted and confusing, the design uses clear, simple questions and extra-big UI to offer transparency, ease and fun around the process.
