Hi, I’m Greta.

With over a decade of experience across a diversity of disciplines, I bring visual design expertise backed by human-centered methodologies to a wide range of design challenges. I am passionate about leveraging my skillset to contribute to design solutions that positively impact people’s lives.

I specialize in working with collaborative teams to create intuitive and beautiful digital experiences, develop visual identities & design systems, and shape complex information into digestible visual narratives.

I have experience across the entire human-centered design process including user research and synthesis, concept development, journey mapping, wireframing, creating dev-ready design for responsive and native experiences, and building design systems and digital toolkits.

I hold a BA in Studio Art and English from Georgetown University and a Certificate of Social Innovation Design from the University of Pennsylvania’s Weitzman School of Design and School of Social Policy and Practice.

Outside of design, I spend my time making poetry, and tending to the poetry community in Louisville, KY through my pop-up poetry bookstore, Byway Books.

Past clients have included: The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, United Way of Asheville & Buncombe County, The City of Austin, The Veteran’s Administration, AfricaNenda, The World Bank, Manaus, Albertson’s, SiriusXM, Pfizer, Hewlett-Packard, Verizon Wireless, Alaska Airlines and more.

I’m always looking to connect
with folks doing purposeful work.
